The victim eventually found the courage to tell teachers about what happened.
When: February 9th, 2021
Where: Pathum Thani province
Perpetrator: Mr. Watcharaphon Buachuen, 40
Victim: Ms. Kaew, alias, now 13 years old
What: On February 9th, 2021, police arrested Mr. Watcharaphon Buachuen, 40, on a warrant charging him with sexually assaulting a child younger than 13 in Pathum Thani province.
The girl was only named as Ms. Kaew, an alias, in the report. The rape started when Ms. Kaew was 7 years old and continued for more than five years. Mr. Watcharaphon was a neighbor to the victim’s family. When he raped the girl, he told her that if she said anything to her parents, he’d hurt her more.
Eventually the victim found the courage, even under threat of the rapist, to inform her teachers about what Mr. Watcharaphon did.
The girl’s parents filed a complaint at the Sam Khok police station in Pathum Thani province. Mr. Watcharaphon denied all charges at the time of arrest.

My take: It doesn’t matter how many times this happens or how uncomfortable it makes people. I will report stories like this every time so that people know the face and name of the bastard behind these crimes against children.
Special Note about Facebook
My personal profile on Facebook was completely nuked — BOOM, just deleted with no warning. This isn’t just a Facebook jail sentence. I was completely banned from the platform.
12+ years of connections, networking, content, the whole works is just poof gone.
So look, if you came to this page from Facebook, and you’d like to continue to read True Crime Thailand content in the event that my group and page are taken off the platform (it’s inevitable), then I only ask that you sign up to my newsletter.
I do not spam. I only use it to send out a weekly digest of the best crime news in Thailand, along with original reports that I write — about once a week, too.
