What: In the wee hours of the morning, 4:30AM, on January 3rd, 2021, Pattaya police received a report of a domestic fight that resulted in a death. Officers investigated the scene at an apartment in the area of the Bang Lamung district of Pattaya.
The room where the killing happened was on the third floor. The room was found with blood stains splasehd across the floor of the corridor, in the room, and on the room’s balcony. The body of Mr. Anon, 27, a native of Korat, was found dead with knife wounds in his left chest. The victim’s wife, Ms. Wan, 27, a Cambodian national, was sitting next to the corpse wearing an orange shirt and holding a kitchen knife approximately 20 centimeters long.
Ms. Sawon, 28, also a Cambodian national, witness and friend of the couple, said that the couple had been drinking with friends at Soi Noen Plub Wan. After drinking, the victim went back to rest in the room. She said that Ms. Wan stalked the victim and though he was carrying on an affair. A violent argument followed. Ms. Wan grabbed the knife and stuck it into his left chest once, which was the fatal wound.
Officers are investigating the full details. Relatives of Mr. Anon have been contacted.

My take: Hell has no fury like a woman scorned. With that said, she only suspected him of adultery – there’s no indication in the report that it was true.
