Father Arrested at Train Station for Molesting 4 Year Old Daughter; Fled to Yala to Escape Charges

The grandmother filed the complaint in January.

On February 19th, 2021, police in Chiang Mai intercepted Mr. Songsak, 32 years of age, the father of a 4 year old girl who he is accused of sexually molesting in Chiang Mai. The man was taking the express train from Bangkok to Chiang Mai.

Police coordinated the arrest and knew exactly when he would arrive. Officers intercepted Mr. Songsak once the train arrived at the Chiang Mai rail station.

The case stems from a complaint by the grandmother of the 4 year old girl on January 22nd, 2021. She inspected the 4 year old girl’s body when she gave her a bath and found signs of rape. Another report says that he tried to insert his genitals into her but was unable, so used his hand instead. There was swelling and damage to the girl’s genitals. Evidence was collected and a warrant was issued for Mr. Songsak’s arrest.

The man originally fled to Yala province, which is where he is originally from. He had moved his family to Chiang Dao district in Chiang Mai for work. He returned to Chiang Mai province to answer questions in the investigation.

My take: There is only one solution here. And it doesn’t end well for this bastard.
