7 Year Old Exploited: Pornographic Photos and Sexual Acts Sold by Mother; Prices Ranged from 100 Baht to 500 Baht

Where: Unknown province, Thailand

Perpetrator: Ms. Piyamas, 31; Mr. Wittaya, 40

Victim: 7 year old daughter

What: On January 7th, 2021, police across a variety of agencies worked together to arrest Ms. Piyamas, 31, mother of a 7 year old girl who was exploited sexually in a variety of ways. The charges include, “human trafficking by procuring and selling; unlawful exploitation of a child to produce and distribute pornographic material; and sexual exploitation in other forms to a person under 15 years old.”

The report lists Mr. Wittaya, 40, who was arrested for charges including “committing indecent acts on a children under 13 years old; non-consensual sex with a child; and inserting objects, other than the genitals, into a child’s genitals or anus.”

The investigation found that Ms. Piyamas was selling clips of her 7 year old daughter through Facebook Messenger. She also brought her daughter to meet a customer to commit the indecent acts in exchange for 500 baht compensation.

The investigation found that Ms. Piyamas contacted Mr. Wittaya and sent nude photos of her daughter in exchange for 100 to 300 baht at least three times.

Ms. Piyamas then brought her daughter to Mr. Wittaya for sexual acts. The crime was recorded with photos and video.

Authorities are continuing the investigation.

My take: This is one of those stories that makes me sick to write, but it’s our duty here to inform the public of what is happening and how cheap life can be.

I’m speechless… There’s nothing that can be done to make this situation right for the 7 year old victim. But the mom and this Mr. Wittaya deserve nothing but the worst fate.
