This wasn’t the rapist’s first time.
When: February 5th, 2021
Perpetrators: Mr. Thongdi, 35
Victim: unnamed 11 year old girl
What: On February 4th, 2021, police in Bangkok arrested Mr. Thongdi with a warrant issued by the Khon Kaen provincial court. He was charged with “committing indecent acts with a child not over 15; using violence on a child not over 15; removing a child from their parents or guardians”.
According to the report, Mr. Thongdi was employed at a liquor factory in Khon Kaen in 2011. After work, he sat drinking liquor in front of his room when the 11 year old girl walked by alone. Mr. Thongdi pulled the victim into the room, forcibly raped her, and threatened her if she said anything.
The victim’s parents saw abnormal symptoms in their daughter, who later admitted what happened. The parents filed a complaint with Khon Kaen police. Mr. Tongdee escaped from Khon Kaen to Bangkok and has been on the lam for the past 10 years working in construction.
The report also says that in 2006, Mr. Thongdi raped a 15 year old girl and got her pregnant. He was arrested but later acquitted in December 2010. He’s being brought to Khon Kaen for further legal proceedings.

My take: Will it take 3 times for the courts to realize that this guy will not reform?
Chemical castration for these types. They’re not worthy of anything else.
