The perpetrator, nicknamed Dodo, uploaded 1000’s of clips to his Telegram group.

When: December 25th, 2020
Where: Bangkok
Perpetrators: Mr. Pathomphong, 28, alias Dodo
Victims: 1000s of students
What: Police investigated complaints of a peeping tom who shared indecent photos and film of up skirt shots taken from Bangkok area high schools and universities. The accused, Mr. Pathomphong, nickname Dodo, uploaded the images to Telegram to share with his community of tens of thousands of followers.
Dodo would roam around high school and universities to get the footage. He also discussed his techniques to get the best up skirt shots on the Telegram group. Other members shared their results, too.
Thousands of the indecent clips were found to have been uploaded on the Telegram group. Dodo confessed that he’d been taking these secret photos since the 2nd grade of high school because of his frustration of being bullied by women. Dodo is charged with indecent acts to persons over 15 years of age and importing obscene data into a computer system.
The article linked also discusses another case of online fraud unrelated to Dodo.

My take: Dodo was a busy bird. The fact that he uploaded thousands of clips to his group reveals how sick in the head this guy is. If he invested that time in improving himself, maybe hitting the gym or getting better work, he would probably be able to find himself a nice bird to settle down with.
Of course, his excuse that he was bullied is bullshit. But I’d expect nothing less from a guy nicknamed Dodo.
